Garth McLean has been teaching Iyengar yoga to students in the UK (London and Home counties, Manchester and Edinburgh) and around the world with varying levels of ability for almost 10 years.

In addition to his daily practice, he also offers insight to Iyengar teachers worldwide to deal with their own students who may suffer from such conditions.

As a trained and experienced actor, McLean has also penned and performed his solo theatrical play “Looking For Lightning” about his journey in Hollywood and the yoga world.
